College Major Regrets?

I am currently a nursing major. I really enjoyed microbiology (and I enjoy biology in general) and did well in this class. However I did not do well in chemistry and i am not doing well in anatomy 1. I am leaning toward majoring in education, however I recently watched the show Body of Proof and it brought back those pangs of interest in medical topics. Are there any jobs similar to a medical examiner that wouldn't require a medical degree or a lot of chemistry courses? This may be a stupid question, but I honestly don't know much about this topic. I didn't even really realize there were such things as medical examiners until I watched the show. Thanks for your help!
