Could these be diabetes symptoms?

I'm a 43yo obese female. My fastong blood glucose was normal a couple months ago, but for at least 6 weeks I've had diarrhea twice a day on average, and for 3 or 4 weeks I am physically hungry within 30-60 minutes of eating a full meal. Frequently, I'm even awoken in the middle of the night with hunger pangs.
