Why is the lower right side of my back hurting? I also have constant hunger pangs?

I will be setting a doctors appointment in the morning. Meanwhile I would like to hear what you all think these symptoms are that I am having. Has anyone ever had these same symptoms? Kidney infection? Kidney stone? Kidney failure? Diabetes? What do you think?
