Why cant women answer a question directly without getting emotional and start attacking the one who asked?

Ive noticed time and time again.... but the female response to my question, they dont answer the question and give there opinion instead about the question and in some cases attack the person answering the question.... you can feel there negative attitude by the response they give in the answer... as if they are bitter about something... they cant seem to answer a question without getting emotional about it...
