Does diet soda REALLY make you fat?

Diet or regular soda can make you fat for the main reason is the carbonation in the soda will get into your fat cells and puff them up. It can give a slim person a belly. The more you consume the worse it will get. As well as soda robs your bones of calcium so bringing on the development of painful arthritis at an early age. So yes, cutting all sodas from your diet is a good idea.
