Abdominal and tailbone pain?

Hmmm. Your tailbone, I had that same issue last year of the starting of fall, and it just started to end this year. It was bruised. The only thing you can do for it since your sitting on your butt atleast 50% of your day is to sit as least as possible, and if so sit on a donut. You can buy one at Walmart or CVS and blow it up and it takes pressure off the tailbone a little. And aleve. Take aleve. That's what my doctor said. Best of luck, it's very painful .
