Are there any herbal remedies I can take/anything else I can do to curb my appetite?

Try drinking water when you want a snack. Sometimes, your body will be thirsty, but your brain interprets it as "feed me." If you STILL want a snack, go for something a bit more healthful, like granola bars or protein bars (Clif Bar, Luna Bar, etc)
