I have been eating enough, but I am finding that by eliminating meat from my diet, I get hungrier faster, and I need to constantly have a vegetable or piece of fruit like every two hours. I tried eating eggs this morning, due to the protein, but it still wasn't sufficient. Could it be my body adjusting to the diet by having hunger pangs and it will go away after awhile, or is there some meals that could make me feel full?
