How do I stop myself from feeling so HUNGRY all the time?
I'm not dieting, I'm not starving myself, or fasting or denying myself food, or anything like that. But also, I don't want to gain weight! I'm generally satisfied with how my body is right now, and I'm happy with the wholesome, healthy food I eat. I just can't help feeling these bizarre hunger pangs and cravings, even after having just eaten dinner! And worst of all, I'm dreaming of burgers, and pizza, and curry, and pining after chocolate cake, and all that fatty greasy calorie-rich food! How do I curb these gluttonous cravings and return back to normal?
